A March 15 A-section article about North Carolina’s highest court considering whether to reverse a three-month-old decision on election-map drawing incorrectly said that the U.S. Supreme Court could rule on how states draw legislative and congressional district lines. The U.S. Supreme Court is looking only at congressional redistricting.

A March 14 A-section article about Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s trip to Ethiopia incorrectly said that Tsadkan Gebretensae was a former Ethiopian defense minister. He was the chief of staff of the country’s army.
