Winter and summer each have Restaurant Week with dining-out specials, but there’s a deal to be had in spring, too: In the second half of March, the Restaurant Associatio­n Metropolit­an Washington is inviting D.C. chefs to create two-course dinner menus that incorporat­e wine pairings. As part of Spring Wine Fling, you’ll get an appetizer, entree and two wine pairings for $55 at 30 restaurant­s across town, including Central Michel Richard, Moon Rabbit, Lulu’s Wine Garden and New Heights.

When: Monday through March 31.
