Among those sched­uled to per­form are Janet Jack­son (who re­ceives the Icon Award), Ari­ana Grande, John Legend, BTS, Camila Ca­bello, Dua Lipa and Shawn Men­des.

NCIS: Los Angeles / 8:00pm (13) The ninth sea­son of the se­ries wraps up with back-to-back episodes, “A Line in the Sand” and “Nin­guna Sal­ida.” Sam (LL Cool J) is wounded, send­ing the rest of the team into ac­tion against the car­tel re­spon­si­ble. Lit­tle Women on Mas­ter­piece / 8:00pm (22) 1:30am (22) 8:00pm (26.4) The new, two-part adap­ta­tion of Louisa May Al­cott’s “Lit­tle Women” con­cludes, and any­one fa­mil­iar with the story won’t be sur­prised by the way in which it does — es­pe­cially since tele­play writer Heidi Thomas stays true to the source ma­te­rial.

Brook­lyn Nine-Nine / 8:30pm (5) Wed­ding bells ring — hope­fully — as the com­edy’s fifth sea­son con­cludes with “Jake & Amy,” cen­tered around the nup­tials of those two char­ac­ters (played by Andy Sam­berg and Melissa Fumero). Un­ex­pected cir­cum­stances could de­rail the cer­e­mony. Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz) may get a new ro­man­tic in­ter­est (guest star Gina Ro­driguez, “Jane the Virgin”).

Iron Chef Amer­ica / 10:00pm (Food Net) 1:00am (Food Net) One of Food Net­work’s flag­ship se­ries re­turns for its 13th sea­son, with chef Jet Tila join­ing host Alton Brown and the Chair­man (Mark Da­cas­cos), of­fer­ing re­ports from the cook­ing floor and pro­vid­ing commentary on all the Kitchen Sta­dium ac­tion. In the premiere, the fea­tured rising culi­nary star is Brit­tanny An­der­son, who has her work cut out for her as she bat­tles one of the Chair­man’s best: Iron Chef Alex Guar­naschelli.
