Well, here’s one way to keep track of things. Texas Gov. Greg Ab­bott plans to track per­son­ally — and, pos­si­bly, ad­mon­ish — those law­mak­ers in the Lone Star State who are push­ing back against his wide-rang­ing agenda, which is par­tic­u­larly crit­i­cal of soar­ing prop­erty taxes.

“I’m go­ing to be estab­lish­ing a list. We all need to es­tab­lish lists that we pub­lish on a daily ba­sis to call peo­ple out [over] who is for this, who is against this, who has not taken a po­si­tion yet. No one gets to hide,” Mr. Ab­bott noted in a speech be­fore the Texas Pub­lic Pol­icy Foun­da­tion on Mon­day, cited in The Texas Tri­bune.
