If the Depart­ment of Justice does not per­form a com­pe­tent in­ves­ti­ga­tion into these al­le­ga­tions of crim­i­nal con­duct and seek an in­dict­ment for vi­o­lat­ing the U.S. Code, At­tor­ney Gen. Jeff Ses­sions must be fired along with the in­com­pe­tent FBI agents who ap­pear to have de­lib­er­ately tanked the “in­ves­ti­ga­tion.” This high­lights the dif­fer­ent stan­dards the justice sys­tem has — one for the av­er­age cit­i­zen, and an­other for the rich, pow­er­ful and po­lit­i­cally con­nected.

We once had a sys­tem where ev­ery­one, rich and poor alike, was equal un­der the law. It seems that is gone now, but it is not too late to re­in­sti­tute it. We must do it for this na­tion and its peo­ple.
