A new book is on the way that could set the record straight and clar­ify the greater le­gal and cul­tural im­pli­ca­tions, ac­cord­ing to Reg­n­ery Pub­lish­ing.

Fed­er­al­ist se­nior ed­i­tor Mol­lie Hem­ing­way and Ju­di­cial Cri­sis Net­work chief coun­sel and pol­icy di­rec­tor Car­rie Sev­erino are col­lab­o­rat­ing on “Jus­tice on Trial,” a book due in July. It is likely to be re­leased a year to the day after Pres­i­dent Trump an­nounced then-Judge Ka­vanaugh’s nom­i­na­tion to the na­tion’s high­est court.
