($30/750ml). Made from dairy whey, this “super lush” vodka from England is more than a curiosity.
It’s “legitimately great.”
($65/500ml). Three barleys are fermented with a koji mold to produce this Danish spirit. It’s “wild stuff”—“mindbending” in its complexity and “extremely rewarding.”
($28/750ml). Suntory adds yuzu, sansho pepper, and other Japanese botanicals to a classic gin base to create a “bright, tasty” spirit that “just might give London dry gins a run for their money.”
