Jason Bourne wasn’t the only sleeper agent out there. This promising new series spun off from the Bourne movies (and from Robert Ludlum’s novels) takes its name from the fictional CIA black-ops program that trains and plants sleeper assassins like Bourne. Among the sleeper agents “awakened” by their overseers are an oil rig worker in the Arctic and a North Korean piano teacher whose husband is a higher-up in the country’s nuclear program.
