Vermont, which became the first U.S. state to vaccinate 70 percent of people 12 and up against Covid. Gov. Phil Scott pledged to lift all restrictio­ns as soon as the state gets to 80 percent. Emerging, with a Wall Street Journal report that deodorant, tooth whiteners, and condoms are “flying off the shelves” as Americans prepare for their “re-entry into civilizati­on.” Jen Richards, 34, an app designer, says she might also “need some new clothes, because all I’ve done for the past year is just wear sweatpants.”
