Fun Fore All Golf Tournament
The Bella Vista Courtesy Van has confirmed Friday, June 1, for the fifth annual Fun Fore All Golf Tournament at the Kingswood golf course. This year men, women and couples will be welcome. Registration deadline is Friday, May 25. Hole sponsorships, both business and individual, are available for $100. Applications are available at the golf pro shops. Lady Scot 9-Hole Golf League
The Lady Scot 9-Hole Golf League will host a brunch on March 28 at Papa Mike’s. The brunch begins at 8:30 a.m. Contact Charlie at 785-691-6960 for more information and to RSVP.
44 Couples 18-Hole Golf Club
The 44 Club league is accepting applications for new members. The 2018 season begins Saturday, April 28. The 44 Couples Golf Club is a league of couples who enjoy playing golf and meeting other couples. The league’s focus is to make golf enjoyable and entertaining. The league plays once a month on Saturday at a variety of golf courses in Bella Vista. The league plays handicapped events with four flights. After golf, the players meet for a lunch or dinner and share their experiences and collect their prizes. All golfers are welcome. Bella Vista Women’s Golf Club
The Bella Vista Women’s Golf Club annual spring brunch will be held on Thursday, March 29, at Riordon Hall. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and brunch will be served at 9 a.m. Visit bvwgc.com or contact Judy Lemoine at 379-366-5554 for more information. RSVP by Thursday, March 22 to attend.
Oldes 9-Hole Golf Group
The Oldes Golf Group is seeking new members for the 2018 season. The Oldes play on Tuesday mornings with tee times and play all of the Bella Vista courses. Most of the weekly golf events are at Berksdale and Kingswood. Texas Scramble is played most often to make the games fair for all participants. Women’s 5-Hole Golf
Ladies interested in a casual, no-pressure, no-handicap golf game are invited to sign up for the upcoming 2018 season. Play is at Brittany Golf Course every Monday at 9 a.m. from April 2 through Oct. 29, except for July and August when play begins at 7:30 a.m. Dues are $12 and can be paid to Women’s 5-Hole Golf, in care of Laura Singleton, at 15 Devizis Drive, Bella Vista, AR 72714. Women’s 9-Hole Golf Association
The Bella Vista Women’s 9-Hole Golf Association is currently accepting applications for the 2018 golf season. Golf rounds are played on Monday mornings from April 2 through Oct. 22 on Kingswood and Berksdale golf courses. Members sign up by Monday night to play the following Monday with four flights set by members’ handicaps. Membership dues are $30 plus a $6 handicap fee (if not paid through another group) and an optional $2 for Hole-in-One prize. Applications are available at all pro shops and on the www.BV9WGA.com website.
Men’s 9-Hole Golf Association
The Bella Vista Men’s Nine Hole Golf Association is accepting membership applications for the upcoming 2018 golf season. Golf play is April through October on Wednesday mornings, with reserved tee times and four handicapped flights. Banquets are held in the spring and fall. The association offers weekly hole and flight prizes and supports local charities.
