4:01 p.m. A man with dark, short hair was reportedly carrying a rifle on Stoneykirk Drive.

4:58 p.m. Police arrested Jacob Daniels, 33, in connection with domestic battery in the third degree after responding to a report of a rolling disturbanc­e on U.S. Highway 71.

10:42 p.m. Police received a burglary report on Cromer Drive. According to the dispatch log, the reporting party stated its back door had been kicked in and a bottle of rum was missing.

Tuesday, May 15

2:14 p.m. A motorcycle was found in the woods near Wonderland Cave. According to the dispatch log, tape and bags were covering the lights and license plate.

6:59 p.m. Firefighte­rs responded to a structure fire at 35 Abingdon Lane. The grease fire was out when firefighte­rs arrived. One person was transporte­d to Mercy Bella Vista.

7:22 p.m. Police arrested Jeremy Greeding, 44, in connection with domestic battery in the third degree and endangerin­g the welfare of a minor after responding to a reported assault on Ainsdale Lane.

11:31 p.m. Police arrested Gavin Meredith, 35, in connection with driving while intoxicate­d, driving with an open container and refusal to submit to a sobriety test after making contact with him on Redruth Lane.

Wednesday, May 16

report of a maroon dump truck speeding and losing rocks near the intersecti­on of Trafalgar Road and U.S. Highway 71.

11:35 p.m. Firefighte­rs checked on a bathroom fire at Domino’s Pizza. Firefighte­rs discovered a roll of toilet paper on fire.

Thursday, May 17

1:51 p.m. Police received a report of someone in a white Ford Explorer speeding and passing people with a double yellow line near the intersecti­on of Hampsted Road and Arkansas Highway 340.

Friday, May 18

11:23 a.m. Police received a report of a possible stolen vehicle on Highland Parkway. The reporting party called back seven minutes later to inform police it found the vehicle parked further down the street than he initially believed it was.

1:50 p.m. Police received a report of loud music on Salisbury Circle.

10:11 p.m. Police arrested Charley Craig, 40, in connection with driving while intoxicate­d and driving on a suspended license.

9:48 a.m. Firefighte­rs put out a shed fire on Gore Lane.

12:12 p.m. Police received a barking dog complaint on Kensington Drive.

Sunday, May 20

8:08 p.m. Police helped a Walney Drive resident remove a large black snake from the garage.
