Vote John Flynn

Election Day is rapidly approaching. There are signs everywhere in Bella Vista and the field is not lacking for good men and women who are more than ready to devote probably hundreds of hours over the next four years to maintain and improve the quality of life we enjoy in our community.

My wife and I moved here from New Mexico just over three years ago and are delighted to call Bella Vista our home. Very shortly after getting established in our new home, we had the opportunity to become acquainted with one of our neighbors, John Flynn. We soon learned that John was a city council member for Ward 1.

In this capacity, John has served four years as mayor pro tempore, chairman of the Streets Committee and, more recently, on the Advertising and Promotions Commission. He is currently a professor of finance and business law in the graduate school at the U of A. That speaks volumes to us when we consider the qualifications of a city council member. In addition, he has more than 30 years of experience as a corporate attorney, which includes general counsel to three different corporations and a legal staff member of two Fortune 500 corporations.

Obviously, Bella Vista’s first ward is very well represented and has an experienced and honest “watchdog,” but John’s commitment and tireless effort reach far beyond just our neighborhood. He has our vote! How about yours?
