Nov. 10

▲ The POA Christ­mas Bazaar will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Satur­day, Nov. 10, at Rior­dan Hall. There will be more than 50 ven­dors and lo­cal crafters with their prod­ucts on dis­play — a chance to scoop up Christ­mas gifts and stock­ing stuffers. Also avail­able are $3 cock­tails.

Nov. 12

▲ The Kings­dale Squares will dance at 6:45 p.m. Mon­day, Nov. 12, at Rior­dan Hall in Bella Vista. Johny Eubanks will be call­ing. For in­for­ma­tion, con­tact Bill Allen at 479-876-5066. Please note, there will not be a dance on Mon­day, Nov. 19.

Nov. 14

▲ The Bella Vista Com­mu­nity Tele­vi­sion As­so­ci­a­tion will hold its an­nual meet­ing at 11:30 a.m. Wed­nes­day, Nov. 14, in the TV Stu­dio. The TV Stu­dio is lo­cated in the High­lands Cross­ing Build­ing lo­cated at 1801 For­est Hills Blvd., Suite 203. All cur­rent mem­bers of the As­so­ci­a­tion are wel­come to at­tend.

Nov. 16

▲ Vil­lage House Adult Day Pro­gram is cel­e­brat­ing 30 years in the com­mu­nity. There will be a Vil­lage House Adult Day Pro­gram from 5 to 7 p.m. Fri­day, Nov. 16. The pub­lic is wel­come to join in the cel­e­bra­tion of all the peo­ple that make this pro­gram so valu­able to the com­mu­nity. The cel­e­bra­tion promises food and fun. Dec. 1

▲ The 30th an­nual Cookie Walk at High­lands Church will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. (or un­til cook­ies run out) Satur­day, Dec. 1. While wait­ing for your cookie walk num­ber to be called, en­joy home­made cin­na­mon rolls, sticky buns, muffins and more. There will also be a Sweet Shoppe, Craft Shoppe and Soups-to-Go. When time for your walk, you will re­ceive a con­tainer to fill with dozens of home­made cook­ies that will be wrapped in a draw­string bag af­ter filled. Cost per can is $12.

Dec. 8

▲ Satur­day, Dec. 8, there will be an op­por­tu­nity for new res­i­dents to at­tend a Wel­come Meet and Greet Cof­fee at the Bella Vista Coun­try Club (98 Club House Drive). There will be an in­for­mal gather­ing of any­one who wants to come early to meet other at­ten­dees. This will be­gin at 8:30 a.m. The ac­tual meet­ing starts at 9 a.m. and runs to ap­prox­i­mately 11 a.m. New home­own­ers and renters in the past 6-9 months are in­vited as an op­por­tu­nity to in­tro­duce your­selves and to meet other new res­i­dents of Bella Vista and learn about the ameni­ties. Dec. 9

▲ There will be a gather­ing of com­mu­nity voices on Dec. 9 to sing Han­del’s Christ­mas “Mes­siah.” Singers are wanted and wel­come to join at 3 p.m. in the Bella Vista Com­mu­nity Church. There are no re­hearsals sched­uled; this is a one time sing-along op­por­tu­nity. Cho­ruses will in­clude: “And the Glory of the Lord,” “O Thou That Tellest Good Tid­ings,” “For Unto Us a Child is Born,” “Glory to God” and “Hal­lelu­jah.” For more in­for­ma­tion, call Karen Franken­feld at 479-876-7204.

Dec. 16

▲ The Bella Vista Com­mu­nity Con­cert Band will present a “Christ­mas Con­cert” at 3 p.m. Sun­day, Dec. 16, at the Bella Vista Com­mu­nity Church, lo­cated at 75 E. Lan­cashire Blvd. in Bella Vista. Ev­ery­one is in­vited to at­tend.
