Work detail crew from jail tidies up museum
One of the work detail crews from the Benton County Jail, under the direction of Deputy Matt Dapp, worked at the Bella Vista Historical Museum on Friday, Dec. 21. Some of the men removed exhibits, repainted the wall and rehung exhibits in the Cooper Room of the museum, while others worked outdoors raking and mulching the heavy accumulation of fall leaves. This program allows crew members who have proven themselves to be trustworthy and hardworking to get out into the community and perform service projects for nonprofit organizations. The museum has been participating in this program for 5½ years.
