9:13 a.m. Police arrested Devon Reeves, 26, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia after investigat­ing a suspicious vehicle on Wimborne Lane.

3:14 p.m. Police arrested Tasha Ward, 26, in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug parapherna­lia and obstructio­n of government­al operations during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Arkansas State Highway 279 and Camden Road.

7:16 p.m. Police arrested Joshua Jespersen, 28, in connection with possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license, fictitious vehicle license and an outof-town warrant during a traffic stop on Arkansas Highway 279.

Tuesday, Jan. 7

1:21 p.m. Police received a walkin report of a package stolen from a resident’s porch.

Wednesday, Jan. 8

9:12 a.m. The Walgreens store reportedly received $500 in counterfei­t currency.

2:36 p.m. Joseph Nichols, 37, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear related to a traffic offense.

Thursday, Jan. 9

12:18 p.m. Police received a report of dump trucks speeding on Glasgow Road.

Friday, Jan. 10

12:52 p.m. Police received a report of a possible intoxicate­d driver on Arkansas Highway 279.

5:05 p.m. Police directed traffic while multiple traffic lights on U.S. Highway 71 were out.

Saturday, Jan. 11

12:22 p.m. Six vehicles were reportedly stuck on East Chelsea Road.

12:53 p.m. A vehicle hit a tree off Cooper Road.

8:56 p.m. A Dulverton Drive resident reported a silver Honda HRV stolen.

Sunday, Jan. 12

1:06 a.m. Police arrested Naethan Parks, 35, in connection with possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop in the Lowes parking lot.

12:05 p.m. Police received a report of two kids riding mopeds on a golf course near Shakespear­e Drive.

3:09 p.m. Police arrested John Stephens, 48, in connection with felony residentia­l burglary, felony possession of drug parapherna­lia, criminal mischief in the second degree and criminal trespassin­g after responding to a burglary call on Ventnor Drive.

5:17 p.m. Police arrested Robert Horton, 77, on a warrant for sexual assault in the second degree. Horton was arrested on Rannoch Drive.

11:11 p.m. Police arrested Clayton Burke, 21, in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug parapherna­lia during a traffic stop on Riordan Road.
