Nadean McGuire
Nadean McGuire died Tuesday, March 30, 2021.
She was born April 2, 1927, in Barnsdall, Okla., to Leonard Tillman and Vera Eliza- beth Howell. While she was young, her family moved to Woolaroc Ranch, where she lived until she graduated from high school, after which she went to work for Phillips Petroleum Co. She married Donald Ray McGuire on Aug. 4, 1950, in Claremore, Okla. They helped coordinate and work on 30 projects all over the U.S. for the MAPS RV program and worked numerous hours building and remodeling churches, Teen Challenge Centers and colleges.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Don McGuire; and her parents.
Survivors include two sisters, Deloris Sanders of Dallas, Texas, Wilma Schwenker of Hominy, Okla.; two sons, Don McGuire (Kathleen) of Bella Vista, Terry McGuire (Janeen) of Eureka Springs; daughter, Elizabeth Willis (Joe) of Tulsa, Okla.; and nine grandchildren.
No public visitation is planned. A celebration of life was held Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Bella Vista Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Jonathan Watson officiating. Interment followed at Bella Vista Cemetery.

Thomas George Murray Sr.
Thomas “Tom” George Murray Sr., 83, of Bella
Vista, Ark. died March 30, 2021, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers following complications of a stroke.
He was born May 9, 1937, in Duluth, Minn., to George and Clara Murray. He attended Catholic schools in Duluth, graduated from Cathedral High School and then St. John’s University in St. Joseph, Minn., with a degree in English in 1959. He married Marlene Marsh on Jan. 30, 1960. He worked first in broadcast journalism before he became the communications director for Control Data Institute in Minneapolis. In later years, he fundraised for various pro-life nonprofit organizations. He moved to Bella Vista in 2003 to play golf, and also enjoyed reading, playing bridge and writing his memoirs. He was a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic
Church in Bella Vista.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Anne Kuyava.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Marlene; children, Tom Jr. (Hope) of Maple Grove, Minn., Christopher (Susie) of Bloomington, Minn., Daniel (Mary) of St. Louis Park, Minn., Michelle (Anthony) Full, of Broomfield, Colo., Stephen (Andra Suchy) of Minneapolis, Patrick (Reina) of McLean, Va., Sean (Jill) of Hopkins, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; siblings, Michael (Mary) of Duluth, Margaret “Muggs” (John) of Northfield, Minn., Patrick (Mary Beth) of Coon Rapids, Minn; and brother-in-law, Gene Kuyava of Duluth.
A Mass of Resurrection was held Monday, April 5, 2021, at St. Bernard’s, preceded by a rosary, with interment of cremains in the church columbarium following Mass.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St.
Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Bella Vista.

Robert J. Frankel
Robert J. Frankel, 87, of Bella Vista, Ark., died March 23, 2021.
He was born in Philadelphia, Penn., April 24, 1933, to Julius and Helen Frankel. He graduated from Yeadon High School, Class of 1950, served in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, and was a member of the American Legion for 57 years, where he served as a past commander for the Norwood Legion Post at Norwood, Penn. He spent most of his working career with
Boeing as a purchasing agent in Philadelphia, and Marinette Marine as purchasing vice-president in Marinette, Wisc. After retirement, he moved to Bella Vista and enjoyed playing golf and spending time with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Helen; and brother, Gary Frankel.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Lucy, of Bella Vista; four children, Dianna Agatone (Joe) of Marinette, Donna Ruhlman (John) of Bella Vista, Douglas Frankel (Kathy) of Palm Coast, Fla., David Frankel (Tina) of College Station, Texas; and 10 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel.
