passed away No­vem­ber 25, 2018 after a valiant bat­tle with glioblas­toma mul­ti­forme (brain can­cer). Sherry was born Jan­uary 1958, in Olathe, KS, the daugh­ter of James D. and Mary A. Hart. She grad­u­ated from Gard­ner-Edgerton High School in Gard­ner, KS in 1976 and Friends Uni­ver­sity in 1981. She worked first at Pizza Hut cor­po­rate head­quar­ters for 4 years and then the Boe­ing Com­pany for 26 years. For the last 5 years she was a ru­ral car­rier for the USPS, first part-time and then full-time. She was a won­der­ful wife and mother, and will be greatly missed by friends and fam­ily. She wanted the fol­low­ing known: "I lived, loved, laughed and left. Thank you, ev­ery­one, for the won­der­ful life." She led a ful­fill­ing life trav­el­ing both in the US and over­seas, tak­ing nu­mer­ous cruises and spend­ing time with her fam­ily and friends, both from Boe­ing and the USPS. She was pre­ceded in death by her fa­ther, James Hart; her mother, Mary Hart; and her sis­ter, Judy (Hart) Caden­head. She left be­hind beloved friends and fam­ily, in­clud­ing her hus­band of 33 years, Dean Tay­lor; her sons, Craig and Gar­rett Tay­lor; broth­ers, Brett and Steve Hart; brother-in-law, Doug Tay­lor; and fa­ther-in-law, Vance Tay­lor; and lov­ing ex­tended fam­ily. Cre­ma­tion has taken place. Memo­rial ser­vices will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Satur­day, De­cem­ber 8, 2018 at the King of Kings Lutheran Church, 306 East Madi­son, Gard­ner, KS 66030. Pri­vate in­ter­ment will be at a later date. In lieu of flow­ers, memo­rial con­tri­bu­tions may be given to your fa­vorite char­ity. Friends are asked to ob­serve her pass­ing and cel­e­brate her life on an in­di­vid­ual ba­sis and to re­mem­ber your fa­vorite char­ity or cause.

He was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents, Ce­cil Brady and Har­ri­ett Brady; and sib­lings, Dar­lene Shull and Arnold Brady. Sa­muel is sur­vived by his wife, Ze­naida Brady; chil­dren, Bryan D. Brady, Bran­don L. Brady, Glenda Brady, and Maria Lour­des Brady, and their fam­i­lies; and sib­lings, Carolyn Queen, Ce­cil (Jean) Brady, Charles (Linda) Brady, Dee Brady, Randy Brady, and Sherri (Ruben) Ber­langa.
