DERBY-Taylor, Sherry J. (Hart)
passed away November 25, 2018 after a valiant battle with glioblastoma multiforme (brain cancer). Sherry was born January 1958, in Olathe, KS, the daughter of James D. and Mary A. Hart. She graduated from Gardner-Edgerton High School in Gardner, KS in 1976 and Friends University in 1981. She worked first at Pizza Hut corporate headquarters for 4 years and then the Boeing Company for 26 years. For the last 5 years she was a rural carrier for the USPS, first part-time and then full-time. She was a wonderful wife and mother, and will be greatly missed by friends and family. She wanted the following known: "I lived, loved, laughed and left. Thank you, everyone, for the wonderful life." She led a fulfilling life traveling both in the US and overseas, taking numerous cruises and spending time with her family and friends, both from Boeing and the USPS. She was preceded in death by her father, James Hart; her mother, Mary Hart; and her sister, Judy (Hart) Cadenhead. She left behind beloved friends and family, including her husband of 33 years, Dean Taylor; her sons, Craig and Garrett Taylor; brothers, Brett and Steve Hart; brother-in-law, Doug Taylor; and father-in-law, Vance Taylor; and loving extended family. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the King of Kings Lutheran Church, 306 East Madison, Gardner, KS 66030. Private interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to your favorite charity. Friends are asked to observe her passing and celebrate her life on an individual basis and to remember your favorite charity or cause.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Brady and Harriett Brady; and siblings, Darlene Shull and Arnold Brady. Samuel is survived by his wife, Zenaida Brady; children, Bryan D. Brady, Brandon L. Brady, Glenda Brady, and Maria Lourdes Brady, and their families; and siblings, Carolyn Queen, Cecil (Jean) Brady, Charles (Linda) Brady, Dee Brady, Randy Brady, and Sherri (Ruben) Berlanga.
