POLICE NOTES

On Tuesday, police were dispatched to the 2500 block of 22nd Avenue in reference to an auto theft. Two vehicles were stolen from a partially open garage. Officers located one of the vehicles a short time later, but the driver fled at high speed and later crashed in Boulder County. The woman driver was arrested and charged with numerous crimes including burglary and motor vehicle theft. The second vehicle was later located around the corner from the victim’s residence.

At 8:13 a.m. Tuesday, a Longmont resident in the 900 block of Emery Street reported a theft from her vehicle. There are no investigat­ive leads.

A tenant of a commercial building in the 2000 block of Terry Street reported a broken window in one of the offices on Tuesday. There are no investigat­ive leads.

An employee of a business reported a shoplift in the 1000 block of South Hover Street on Tuesday. There are no investigat­ive leads.

At 4:50 p.m. Tuesday, an employee of a Longmont business reported criminal mischief in the 1900 block of Main Street. There are no investigat­ive leads.

On Tuesday, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Mountain View Avenue on a report of an auto theft. A woman was arrested. Also, a man was arrested on unrelated charges.

On Tuesday, police were dispatched to the 100 block of South Pratt Parkway on a report of a trespassin­g. Multiple storage containers were broken into. Police took a report.

On Tuesday, police responded to Kimbark Street on a report of a disturbanc­e and possible child abuse. A report was taken.

On Tuesday, a report was taken in reference to a criminal trespass and theft in the 1600 block of Great Western Drive. The suspects are unknown.

A Longmont resident reported a theft in the 400 block of Main Street on Tuesday. There are no investigat­ive leads.

Police were dispatched on Tuesday to the 2400 block of Sherman Street on a report of a theft.

Longmont police investigat­ed a theft in the 1400 block of Red Mountain Drive on Tuesday. There are no charges at this time.

On Tuesday, Longmont police stopped a vehicle in the area of Third Avenue and Martin Street. A man was arrested for violating a protection order and trafficrel­ated offenses. An arrest was made.
