Male problem
Another day, another mass murderer, another disgruntled male. Why aren’t we talking about mental health as it relates to men and their inability to process their emotions in a responsible way? Rarely is it a woman who decides that violence or mass murder.
Common sense
I’m an independent voter, and I like to vote for people that have common sense and not just a bunch of conspiracy theories. But lately, it’s really hard to find one of them. I don’t know what’s going on in this world.
Social Security
• Why should people work in paying Social Security when they can collect assistance from the government instead and get by just fine? Why would anybody do that?
• We the people are definitely aware that Social Security and Medicare are funded by contributions from past and present workers. Many of us contributed for over 50 … years. … Please stop with the threats about running out of funds. If the federal government would keep their hands out of it to pay for their pet projects. maybe Social Security and Medicare will continue to exist for all.
Vehicle registration
Yeah, what’s up with the motor vehicle place? You can’t get in. What if you don’t have a computer? What if you have to sign over your title? You don’t have enough staff. The kiosks work fine when they’re inside the building and you get a ticket you’ve got service. I’m very unhappy with the new way that they’ve done it, the new cards, everything. So switch back.
Cowboys fan?
I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Times-call sports editor, who must be a bitter Dallas Cowboys fan, once again promoting stories of all teams AFC and NFC, with the exception of the Philadelphia Eagles (for) the second consecutive week. I would like to thank him for the exceptional article on the Giantseagles playoff, as well as the page 3 coverage of the NFC Championship game. Can you say facetious? P.S. Thanks for all the game stats for both championship games.
