RETAIL THEFT » Crystal M. Dantzler, 53, of Green Lane, Philadelph­ia, was charged June 6 with retail theft and receiving stolen property at the Baederwood Pharmacy in Jenkintown, police said.

DUI » Guy Lampkin, 61, of the 7900 block of Provident Road, Philadelph­ia, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug parapherna­lia and traffic violations following a stop for a red-light violation and reckless driving at 10:30 p.m. May 19 at Washington and Serpentine lanes, police said. Lampkin refused chemical testing, police said.

BURGLARY » An apartment in the 900 block of Valley Road, Melrose Park, was reported burglarize­d June 4, police said. The door was kicked in to gain entry, and a Samsung 42-inch flat-screen TV was taken, police said.

FRAUD » A resident reported June 5 the victim’s identity was used to apply for credit to purchase bedding, police said.

ID THEFT » A resident reported June 5 that an unknown person used the victim’s personal informatio­n to set up an account and charge $1,600 to it, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » Andrew Simms, 56, of the 1600 block of Victoria Street, Philadelph­ia, was charged with retail theft at 1:10 p.m. June 5 after taking $358 worth of goods from Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, police said.

THEFT » A portable battery charger was reported stolen at 8:40 a.m. June 6 from a vehicle in the 7300 block of School Lane, police said.

WARRANT » Makeda Murray, 34, of the 2600 block of Kane Street, Philadelph­ia, was taken into custody on a Chester County warrant during a traffic stop at 9:04 a.m. June 6 at Cheltenham Avenue and Easton Road, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE » A wallet containing $50, credit cards, a birth certificat­e and Social Security card was reported stolen at 10:20 a.m. June 6 from an unlocked vehicle in the 7300 block of Butcher Street, police said.

THEFT » A $7,000 engagement ring was reported missing June 6 from a residence in the 500 block of Woodland Avenue, police said.

ASSAULT » A 15-year-old male of the 2300 block of North 18th Street, Philadelph­ia, was charged with unlawful restraint, simple assault, recklessly endangerin­g another person and terroristi­c threats following an incident on a school bus at 3:28 p.m. June 6 at Limekiln Pike and Ogontz Avenue, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE » An electric razor and black and orange briefcase containing $200 was reported stolen at 5 p.m. June 6 from a vehicle in the 100 block of Bancouer Road, police said.

THEFT » Several tools were reported stolen overnight June 6 from an unlocked shed in the 1100 block of Valley Road, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE » About $10 in change was stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Valley Road between 5 p.m. June 6 and 1:45 p.m. June 7, police said.

THEFT » A black iPhone 7, valued at $500, was reported stolen at 4:40 p.m. June 7 while the victim, an employee at Walmart, 1000 S. Easton Road, was using it to scan items in the grocery section, police said.

THEFT » A Toro all-wheeldrive lawnmower, valued at $400, was reported stolen at 3:45 p.m. June 7 from a property in the 1100 block of Valley Road, police said.

WARRANT » William Carothers, 38, of the 3300 block of Glenview Street, Philadelph­ia, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals at 8:40 p.m. June 7 in the 600 block of Huntington Pike on a Cheltenham warrant charging him with aggravated assault, police said.

DRUG CHARGE » Alison Cusatis, 40, of Chalfont, was charged with possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at 8:40 p.m. June 8 at Cheltenham and Penrose avenues, police said. When Cusatis exited the vehicle, a packet of heroin fell from under her clothing, and she admitted hiding 31 bags of heroin on her person, police said.

THEFT » A wallet containing $84 and identifica­tion was stolen after being left accidental­ly in a cart at Fresh Grocer, 1000 S. Easton Road, at 10:58 a.m. June 8, police said. Surveillan­ce video showed a woman removing the wallet from the cart, police said.

ASSAULT » A male on his way home from school at 4:30 p.m. June 8 reported a car pulled up in the 7900 block of Rolling Green Road, and members of a family chased him to Wawa, 8250 Limekiln, where one hit in the face with a cellphone and another threatened him, police said. An investigat­ion is continuing.

BURGLARY » A cellphone was reported missing from a residence in the 7200 block of Chestnut Street at 4:39 p.m. June 9, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » A male fled Walmart, 1000 S. Easton Road, on a bike at 1:15 p.m. June 10 with $77.38 in goods, police said.

ported stolen at 7:27 p.m. June 10 from a shopping cart at a business in the 7300 block of Old York Road while the victim was distracted, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » Latoya Stephens, 33, of the 1500 block of East Cliveden Street, Philadelph­ia, was cited for retail theft at 7:20 p.m. June 10 after taking $217 in goods from Fresh Grocer at 1000 S. Easton Road, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » James Doughty, 39, of the 1300 block of Wakeling Street, Philadelph­ia, was cited for retail theft at 8 p.m. June 10 after taking $119 in goods from Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, police said.

THEFT » Sean Macrone, 33, of the 900 block of County Line Road, Hatboro, was charged May 31 with theft for allegedly stealing inspection stickers from a business in the unit block of York Road, police said.

AUTOS ENTERED » An unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of Summit Avenue and two in the 100 block of Summit were entered overnight June 5, police said. Food was taken from one vehicle, but nothing appeared to be missing from the other two, police said.

THEFT » The manager at the IHOP restaurant in the 400 block of York Road reported June 10 that customers left at 1:46 p.m. without paying their bill, policed said. The license plate number of the vehicle the customers left in was turned over to the police for investigat­ion, police said.
