THEFT >> Edward Lewis, 31, of East Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia, was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and theft by deception in a July 19 incident at the Acme in Jenkintown, police said.

DUI >> Roger N. Garnett, 59, of North 17th Street, Philadelphia, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, no registration and restriction on alcoholic beverages following a traffic stop Aug. 9 at Easton and Susquehanna roads, police said.

DUI >> Cristobal E. Pacheco, 37, of East County Line Road, Hatboro, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, speeding and a lane violation following a traffic stop Aug. 12 at Moreland Road and Coolidge Avenue, police said.

POSSESSION >> Christian Vasquez, 40, of Claridge Street, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia Aug. 15 in the 800 block of Huntingdon Pike, police said.

FORGERY >> Naje J. Lawrence, 20, of West Tucker Street, Philadelphia, was charged with forgery, theft by deception, possession of an instrument of crime, receiving stolen property, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia and false ID to law enforcement following an incident Aug. 18 at Macy’s in the Willow Grove Park mall, police said.

Sapovalov, 19, of Friendship Street, Philadelphia, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, public drunkenness and underage drinking in connection with an Aug. 19 stop in the 700 block of Elizabeth Road, Rydal, police said.
