Lady Panther Alumnae Basketball Game: The Cheltenham Lady Panthers alumnae will host the sixth annual Lady Panther alumnae basketball game Jan. 5 at 12:30 p.m. at Cheltenham High School, 500 Rices Mill Road, Wyncote. The game is an effort to support those who are fighting cancer and raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society’s Coach vs. Cancer program. Prior to the main event, there will be a free girls basketball clinic hosted by former Lady Panther alumnae and current Lady Panthers for youth girls at 10 a.m. Future Lady Panthers will get a chance to learn new skills from the current Lady Panther high school team and meet some of the Lady Panthers from the 2000 and 2007 state championsh­ip teams.

World Nativities Exhibition: Glencairn Museum’s World Nativities exhibition will be on display through Jan. 6 from noon to 4:30 p.m. Dozens of threedimen­sional Nativity scenes from around the world reveal how artists interpret and adapt the Christmas story to represent their own unique personal and cultural perspectiv­es. The 45-minute tour gives visitors an intimate look into how Christmas was celebrated in this 20th-century castle using some of the family’s decoration­s, historic photograph­s and family members’ recollecti­ons. Hall of Fame Nomination­s: The Hatboro-Horsham High School Hall of Fame, which pays tribute to alumni and others who have served and brought recognitio­n to the HatboroHor­sham School District, is seeking nomination­s. The community is invited to nominate former classmates or members of the community for considerat­ion for induction. Alumni who have graduated 10 or more years ago and/or those who have provided at least 10 years of service are eligible.
