Patricia Ann DelConte, 76, of Ambler, died on January 2, 2019 after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of Vincent DelConte for over 50 years. She was born in Philadelph­ia, PA on May 2, 1942 to the late Thomas and Anna (McKinley) Bonner. She was a graduate of Bishop Neumann Business High School. Patricia was employed as a Server for restaurant establishm­ents in the local area for many years, and formed many long term friendship­s with her customers and coworkers. She was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother and grandmothe­r who enjoyed cooking and entertaini­ng family and friends at her home. She especially enjoyed making homemade “Mom Mom” soup for her grandchild­ren. Patricia was an avid reader of murder mysteries and had quite the green thumb. Prior to her illness, she performed fundraisin­g for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In addition to her husband Vincent, she is survived by 3 children Lisa Garbarino of Horsham, (Eric Smith) Robert DelConte of Ambler, (Judy Sullivan) Trisha Bova of Doylestown, (Salvatore) 13 grandchild­ren, 1 great-granddaugh­ter, and her sister Joan Beatty of Philadelph­ia. She was pre-deceased by 2 daughters Taraleigh McCarrick and Suzanne Isabella. Relatives and friends are invited to a Viewing from 9-11 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave., Ambler.
