Re/Max 440 welcomes new agents

Re/Max 440 has announced that Christine Rinier has joined Re/Max 440 and is now affiliated with its Perkasie office located at 701 W. Market St., Perkasie.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Rinier worked as a medical assistant and nursing supervisor for a family practice for 19 years and office manager for three years for her husband’s public adjustment company.

Rinier has been a resident of Bucks County for the last 30 years. She currently lives in Quakertown with her husband, James. They have been married for five years. They have two children, Jordan and Jadeyn. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, Rinier enjoys planning for vacations.

Additional­ly, Re/Max Central has announced that Kelley E. Ewing Jr. is now affiliated with its Blue Bell office located at 731 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell.

Ewing is a graduate of Arcadia University in Glenside with a B.A. in psychology and sociology and a minor in computer science. He has done graduate work in health care administra­tion at Temple University in Philadelph­ia. He currently lives in West Norriton with his wife, Jolene, to whom he has been married for 26 years. They have a son, Steven, 38.

Prior to becoming a real estate profession­al, Ewing worked in retail/property management, operating large multi-family retirement communitie­s. He is also a commission­ed notary public and is certified with the Fire Safety Certificat­ion and Hazardous Materials Response Team Member. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Ewing enjoys sports, camping and home rehabs.

When asked how he felt about his real estate career and joining the Re/Max 440 and Re/Max Central, he stated, “George Korkus said, ‘This is the place for you.’”

Berkshire Hathaway welcomes sales associate

Sue Walsh and Patrick Gallagher, sales leaders of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServic­es Fox & Roach, Realtors Chestnut Hill office, welcome Victoria Mordan as a sales associate.

A member of the Greater Philadelph­ia Associatio­n of Realtors, Mordan is an active participan­t of her community and a recipient of a variety of leadership awards. She resides in Germantown and serves Northwest Philadelph­ia, Lower Merion and Delaware County.

Weichert recognizes sales leaders for December

Josh Wilton, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that the Jenkintown office and one of its top-producing sales associates were recognized for outstandin­g sales performanc­e in December.

The Jenkintown office, which is managed by George Koser, led its Weichert sales region in resales, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume for the month. The Weichert region is composed of locations throughout the Main Line, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelph­ia counties in Pennsylvan­ia and New Castle County in Delaware.

Individual­ly, sales associate Ashlee Bornstein Check from the Jenkintown office led the Weichert sales region for resale listings in December.

In related news, Koser announced that Bornstein Check was the top producer at the office level as well, leading all sales associates in the Jenkintown office for sales, sales volume and listings during the month.
