Ray G. Harley, 91 of Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. Formerly of Westfield, Pa. went home to be with the Lord on Sunday Jan. 17, 2021. Born Feb. 24, 1929 in Souderton, Pa he was the son of the late Claude and Eva (Garis) Harley. He was the caring husband of the late Doris (Moyer) Harley to whom he was married for 70 years. Ray proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a master carpenter for over 50 years beginning his career immediatel­y following high school working for Willis Alderfer alongside his father. He went on to work for many contractor­s before starting his own business Ray G. Harley builder in 1974 until his retirement. Ray enjoyed gardening, hunting, and being outdoors.

He will be missed and fondly remembered by his: sons: Ray Blake Harley, Bradley K. (Patricia) Harley, Roger Harley; Grandsons: Bradley Scott(Anna) and Byron J. (Taya) Harley; Great-Grandsons: Jake, Bradley Jr., Grant, Brandon; Sister: Jeanette(Lin) Garges; Brothers: Kenneth (Shirley), Linford (Nancy); Brother in law: Marvin Garis; Special friends and neighbors; Wayne and Mary Osterhoudt.

Services will be private at the convenienc­e of the family. Interment will take place at Bath National Cemetery for both Ray and Doris at a later date.
