ASSAULT » Timothy Roush, 31, of Jenkintown, was charged Feb. 18 with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in connection with a Feb. 17 incident, court records show. He was taken to Montgomery County Prison in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
