BURGLARY » Four vehicles were taken during a burglary overnight April 20 at Reedman Toll, 140 Old York Road, police said. At 7:24 a.m. employees reported arriving to find entry to the building had been gained and the keys for four vehicles taken, police said. The lock on the gate was cut and video showed two vehicles were taken and later the thieves returned to take the other two, police said. Three of the four vehicles have been recovered, police said. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF » Surveillan­ce video at the Abington Senior High School constructi­on site, 900 Highland Avenue, showed two males entering the site at 12:45 a.m. April 22, start a gator cart and hook a golf cart to the back and drive around, destroying a Porta-Potty and damaging both carts, causing an estimated $3,000 in damage, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » A male stole $622 worth of goods from CVS, 815 Old York Road, around 12:15 p.m. April 22, police said. BURGLARY » A home in the 800 block of Crosswicks Road was burglarize­d between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. April 22 during which a firearm was taken, police said. The homeowner returned home to find a white SUV in the driveway with a male inside who honked the horn and a second male exited the home, entered the vehicle and the vehicle left, police said. THEFT » A woman reported her purse and bags were stolen after she briefly put them down at the Willow Grove Park mall, 2500 Moreland Road, at 1:25 p.m. April 22, police said. The victim soon received a notice an attempt was being made to use her credit card at a mall store and a male was located in a store in possession of the victim’s wallet and bags and items he had purchased with the victim’s credit card, and he was taken into custody, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » Three males are being cited for retail theft after they were observed concealing items at the Willow Grove Park mall, 2500 Moreland Road, at 4:28 p.m. April 22, police said. The males were found to have taken 28 items valued at $920, police said.

AUTO THEFT » A vehicle, valued at $6,500, left unlocked with the key fob inside was reported stolen at 8:46 a.m. April 23 from the 1900 block of Fleming Avenue, police said. RETAIL THEFT » Two females stole 20 to 25 pieces of clothing, valued at $250, from Old Navy, 2512 Moreland Road, at 4:21 p.m. April 24, police said.

FRAUD » An elderly female resident was scammed out of $5,000 after being contacted by a male saying there was a problem with her computer and telling her to purchase gift cards from multiple stores and provide him with the numbers, police said. The victim complied before realizing the fraud, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » A male and female stole $3,200 worth of perfume from Victoria’s Secret at the Willow Grove Park mall at 7:49 p.m. April 25, police said.

THEFT » A male stole an entire rack of vape pens, valued at $30 each, from CPC Energy gas station, 3031 Mount Carmel Avenue,

at 10:30 p.m. April 25, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » Four males stole $1,500 worth of goods from the fragrance area at Macy’s in the Willow Grove Park mall at 10 a.m. April 26, police said. FRAUD » Police notified that a resident was being scammed to buy $35,000 in Bitcoin at 11:19 a.m. April 27. They were able to contact the victim and convince her she was being scammed and prevent the transfer of funds, police said.

AUTO THEFT » A vehicle stolen overnight April 26 from the Jenkintown Garden Apartments in the 100 block of Washington Lane, where the owner believed he may have dropped the key fob in the parking lot, was recovered on May 2, police said.

THEFT » A woman reported her wallet was taken from her purse while she was shopping at Trader Joe’s, 933 Old York Road, at 2:26 p.m. April 27, police said. It was later recovered in a trash can at Whole Foods, police said. Two other reports were made following the first report of wallets taken from purses, one at Whole Foods on The Fairway and one at the Giant on Huntingdon Pike. The incidents appear to be related, police said. ARMED ROBBERY ARREST » Anthony Flego, 47, of the 3100 block of Emerald Street, Philadelph­ia, was been charged with robbery, aggravated assault, terroristi­c threats, possession of an instrument of crime, unauthoriz­ed use of a credit card, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, retail theft and drug violations, after police responded to a robbery at a store in the Willow Grove Park mall April 28, police said. Store security reported a male was observed stealing goods and when confronted he pulled a knife, threatened them and fled on foot, police said. The suspect fled into the parking lot, where he unsuccessf­ully attempted to get into a vehicle driven by a mall patron and he then ran into a nearby neighborho­od, where he was found hiding in the shed of a home and was taken into custody, police said. DUI » A 60-year-old Philadelph­ia man was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop March 24 at Woodland and Easton roads, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » A 24-yearold Philadelph­ia male was charged April 18 with retail theft and receiving stolen property in the 2500 block of Moreland Road, police said.

ATTEMPTED MURDER » Joel Jackson, and Jordan Jackson, twins age 20 of Philadelph­ia, and a 17-yearold of Bensalem male have been charged with firearms violations after someone in a vehicle they occupied fired into another vehicle, striking a passenger, who suffered non-life-threatenin­g injuries at 4:45 p.m. April 16 in the 8200 block of Ogontz Avenue, police said. A fourth person was believed to be in the suspect vehicle and the investigat­ion is continuing, police said. The juvenile was also charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, police said. Both Jacksons were being held at Montgomery County Prison on $50,000 cash bail, according to online court records.

ROBBERY » Police received a delayed report April 24 at Cheltenham Elementary, 7853 N. Front Street, of an armed robbery that occurred April 13, police said.
