THEFT » A resident of the 1100 block of Colonial Avenue, Roslyn, reported at 5:24 a.m. June 6 hearing a noise and seeing a white sedan by his vehicle, after which he discovered the catalytic converter was taken, police said. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF » A vehicle parked at Esporta Fitness, 371 Highland Ave., was found at 7:12 p.m. June 6 with the rear passenger side window broken, police said. RETAIL THEFT » A male stole several mixers, valued at $1,400, from Bed, Bath & Beyond 905 Old York Road, June 6, police said. RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY » An officer on patrol at 9:43 p.m. June 7 stopped a vehicle at Edge Hill Road and Chester Avenue reported stolen at gunpoint in Philadelph­ia, police said. Five occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody and the vehicle was held for Philadelph­ia police, police said. RETAIL THEFT » A male and female stole numerous items from Bed, Bath & Beyond, 905 Old York Road, at 2:59 p.m. June 8 and ran, police said. The female was located and found in possession of $608 worth of goods and was taken into custody, police said.

FRAUD » A male attempting to cash a fraudulent check for $2,000 at Penn Community Bank, 1651 The Fairway, was taken into custody at 2:18 p.m. June 8, police said. The male said a female had offered him $200 to cash the check, police said.

THEFT » A bag of baseball equipment was reported stolen at 5:22 p.m. June 8 from a vehicle in the 200 block of Easton Road, police said. RETAIL THEFT » Taylor Harrison, 26, of Orthodox Street, Philadelph­ia, was arrested May 5 and charged with retail theft in connection with an April 6 incident in the 2500 block of Moreland Road, police said. FRAUD » A resident reported June 7 an unknown caller posing as a Best Buy Geek Squad team member was given access to a bank account and Bitcoin account and a total of $55,000 was accessed, police said. ROBBERY » A female reported at 2 p.m. June 7 that she was placed in a choke hold by a male who had given her and her girlfriend a ride in the 1100 block of Cheltenham Avenue and $250 and several access cards were taken from her purse, police said.

CARJACKING » A male was observed being robbed at gunpoint by three males in a red sedan who stole the victim’s gray Porsche a 11:18 p.m. June 12 at Humphrey Merry Way and John Russell Circle, police said. The victim was not located, police said.
