FORGERY: Abdiel Adorno Machuca, 18, of Philadelphia, was charged July 11 with conspiracy bad checks and felony counts of conspiracy forgery and theft by deception in connection with a June 14 incident, online court records show. WEAPONS CHARGE: Hascir Walton, 23, of Wilkes Barre, was charged June 1 with persons not permitted to possess firearms, receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license in the 2500 block of Moreland Road, police said. AUTO THEFT: A blue Ford Fusion, PA tag LTW9409, was reported stolen at 12:13 a.m. July 20 from the 7600 block of Washington Lane, police said. The vehicle was locked and the owner had the keys, police said. VANDALISM: A manager at Rite Aid, 1401 W. Cheltenham Ave., reported at 4:22a.m. July 20 that an unknown male broke out the outer front door, and when he saw the manager he went out the broken door and jumped into a red SUV, police said.
ROBBERY: A 12-year-old male allegedly jumped an acquaintance at 2:17 p.m. July 20 in the 5100 block of Beech Tree Drive and stole the victim’s iPhone, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: A 41-year-old Pennsauken, N.J., man was charged with retail theft after taking $218worth of goods at 5 p.m. July 20 at Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: A Black male wearing red plaid pajamas and a blue wig stole an undetermined number of goods from Walgreens, 2727 Cheltenham Ave., at 1:52 p.m. July 21 and fled on foot, police said. FRAUD: A resident reported July 21 a check was taken from the mail, altered and cashed, police said.
FRAUD: A resident reported July 21 being duped into giving bank and personal information to an unknown male posing as a bank employee, police said. THREATS: Joseph Kergides, 56, of no known address, was taken into custody at 7:45 p.m. July 21 in the 100 block of Ryers Avenue after refusing to leave the property and threatening to kill a police officer, police said. He was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and criminal trespass, police said.

FRAUD: A resident reported July 22 that fraudulent charges had been made on a cash app card, police said.
FRAUD: A resident reported July 22 fraudulent use of the victim’s ATM card, police said. AUTO THEFT: A blue 2008 Nissan Rogue, PA tag GVC2279, parked with the keys in the ignition, was reported stolen at 9:04 p.m. July 22 from outside Walmart, 1000S. Easton Road, while the owner was using the ATM, police said. CARJACKING: A resident of the 600 block of Meetinghouse Road reported at 6:47a.m. July 23 being assaulted in his driveway and knocked unconscious, awaking to find his car had been stolen, police said. Investigation ongoing.

THEFT: Marcus Stewart, 41, of the 400block of North 13th Street, Philadelphia, was charged with a felony count of theft by unlawful taking at 9:47 p.m. July 23 at Burlington Coat Factory, 2471 Cheltenham Ave., after he allegedly stole a Lyft driver’s purse from the floor in the back seat, police said. The purse and contents were recovered by police, police said.
