ROBBERY >> Keith Taylor, 46, of the 1900 block of Hancock Street, Philadelph­ia, was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime Sept. 12 after a customer at Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, reported at 4:42 p.m. that a male took her wallet and money from her, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> A thin, Black male, late 40s, 5 feet 10 inches, with a dark complexion and scruffy beard, wearing a black shirt, jeans and a red hat, stole a suitcase full of merchandis­e at 11:33 p.m. Sept. 16 at Marshalls, 2401 Cheltenham Ave., police said. THEFT >> Three Black females: one mid 20s, thin, medium complexion, black shoulder length hair; one 20s to 30s, heavy build, medium complexion; and one 20s to 30s, medium build, medium complexion, reportedly went behind the register at the CVS pharmacy in Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, and completed 33 separate transactio­ns for gift cards totaling $30,000 at 12:11 p.m. Sept. 16, police said. ASSAULT >> A man was seriously injured at 4:20 a.m. Sept. 17 when he was stabbed multiple times after confrontin­g two to three males in their teens to early 20s wearing dark clothing and face coverings who were attempting to break into his vehicle in the 200 block of Grove Avenue, police said. Investigat­ion ongoing.

GUNSHOTS >> Numerous .40 caliber shell casings were recovered on the jogging path at Tookany Creek Parkway and Wessel Way at 8:52 a.m. Sept. 17, police said.

FRAUD >> A resident reported Sept. 17 a check was stolen from the mail at Glenside Post Office, 262 S. Easton Road, and fraudulent­ly cashed, police said. THEFT >> Two small children’s bikes were stolen from the yard of a home in the 8200 block of Forest Avenue overnight Sept. 16, police said.

FRAUD >> A resident reported Sept. 17 being tricked into paying money to purchase a property by an unauthoriz­ed agent, police said.

THEFT >> A vehicle in the 7800 block of Montgomery Avenue was found at 5:36 p.m. Sept. 17 with a window broken and an empty canvas bag removed and left on the ground, police said. Another vehicle on the block was also found with a window broken and a blue backpack with diabetic supplies taken, police said.

BURGLARY >> The Buddhist Temple in the 7500 block of Oak Lane Road was found burglarize­d at 6:44 p.m. Sept. 19, police said. Surveillan­ce video showed four people forcing a side door to gain entry, but nothing appeared to be missing immediatel­y, police said.

AUTO THEFT >> A gray 2008 Honda Pilot, PA tag LRC3285, with a wallet inside, was reported stolen at 8:52 p.m. Sept. 19 from Planet Fitness, 1000 S. Easton Road, police said. The keys were stolen from the victim’s pants while he was in the gym, police said.

AUTO THEFT >> A white 2018 Kia Optima, PA tag LXV8247, was reported stolen at 6:17 a.m. Sept. 20 from the 2000 block of Mather Way, police said. AUTO THEFT >> A red Mitsubishi Outlander, PA tag KWD7982, was reported stolen at 7:14 a.m. Sept. 20 from the unit block of Dewey Road, police said. Investigat­ion ongoing. BOMB THREAT >> Officers responded at 1:44 p.m. Sept. 20 for a bomb threat at Cheltenham High School, 500 Rices Mill Road, police said. The call was made by someone in Philadelph­ia and no bomb was found at the school, police said. FRAUD >> A resident reported credit card fraud Sept. 20, police said.

ID THEFT >> A resident reported Sept. 20 an unknown person used the victim’s personal informatio­n to apply for multiple credit cards, police said. ATTEMPTED THEFT >> Unknown males exited two vehicles and broke out a window of a vehicle at 4:32 a.m. Sept. 21 in the 300 block of Boyer Road, but left prior to police arrival, police said.
