HELP IS AVAILABLE

One-on-one tutoring: To request a tutor at the Chester County Library, 450Exton Square Parkway, Exton, you need to fill out a One-on-One Tutor Request Form and submit it in person at the John W. Jacobs Technology Center.

Basic computer training: This is designed to assist people who have never used a computer. Meet with a volunteer tutor for two hours and you will learn to use the mouse, keyboard and basic skills including navigating the Internet.

Facebook: This is designed to help people learn about social networking on Facebook. Meet with a volunteer tutor for two hours. You will learn how to upload photos, tagging, instant messaging, account security, privacy and more on your Facebook account. If you don’t have a Facebook account, you can also learn the basics of creating a new profile.
