SolTrans ad­just­ing ser­vices dur­ing COVID-19

Solano County Tran­sit (SolTrans) con­tin­ues to of­fer lim­ited ser­vices dur­ing the COVID-19 pan­demic, tran­sit of­fi­cials an­nounced.

In re­sponse to Solano County Pub­lic Health’s rec­om­men­da­tions on so­cial dis­tanc­ing, SolTrans is ask­ing rid­ers to:

Board at the cen­ter doors, those who need as­sis­tance from the ramp may board at the front doors but will need to sig­nal the driver, and when pos­si­ble, use To­ken Tran­sit for easy vis­ual fare ad­her­ence board­ing, of­fi­cials said.

“We are rec­om­mend­ing to not use cash when­ever pos­si­ble,” of­fi­cials added.

In re­sponse to these rec­om­men­da­tions, SolTrans con­tin­ues to deep clean buses and Tran­sit Cen­ters daily. SolTrans’ Cus­tomer Ser­vice is op­er­a­tional and re­mains open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on

week­days, Vallejo Tran­sit Cen­ter Ticket Of­fice is open reg­u­lar hours Mon­day through Fri­day from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Satur­day: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. SolTrans Op­er­a­tion and Main­te­nance Fa­cil­ity at 1850 Broad­way St. Vallejo is closed to the pub­lic.

With the clo­sure of Solano County schools, SolTrans has can­celed ser­vice on the Routes 12, 15, 17 and 38. SolTrans Para­tran­sit ser­vice is still fully op­er­a­tional; please fol­low protocol to sched­ule Para­tran­sit trips.
