Suisun City police seek info about man found dead along harbor shore
Anyone who knew or saw Terramen Ross, 33, of Bakersfield, is asked to call police investigations
Suisun City police investigators seek help from the public about their discovery Sunday of a 33-year-old Bakersfield man’s body along the city’s historic harbor shoreline.
In a social media post, investigators want information from anyone who knew or may have seen Terramen Ross in the area before his death. They are asked to call police investigations at 421-7373.
Ross’ body was found at about 2:20 p.m. Sunday, when officers responded to a radio call of “a body or mannequin in the water near the lighthouse,” according to wording on the post.
Investigators, including Suisun City Fire Chief Justin Vincent, found Ross’s body partially submerged in the water near the shoreline. Police officers secured the scene and began a death investigation. The Solano County Sheriff’s Office coroner responded and helped with the investigation. A police department spokesperson earlier this week indicated the autopsy has been completed, with findings, including cause of death and a toxicology report, likely coming within two weeks.
