Unsheltered man, 65, found dead

On March 31 at approximately 8:42 a.m., Vallejo Police Officers responded to reports of a subject possibly not breathing in the rear alley of a business located in the 400 block of Lincoln Road East. Upon arrival, officers located the subject who was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The victim is a 65-yearold unsheltered man out of Vallejo named Michael

Darby. The circumstances involving the death remain under active investigation.
