Local Roundup: St. Patrick-St. Vincent softball outslugs Concord,

Alicia Campbell and Daniella Ontiveras had big days as the St. PatrickSt. Vincent High softball team beat Concord 12-6 on Tuesday in Diablo Athletic League play.

Campbell was 4-for-5 with two doubles, a triple, four runs scored and two RBIs for the Bruins (6-5). Ontiveros was 2-for-4 with a double, homer, three runs and four RBIs. Izabelle Silva was 2-for-3 with two RBIs and Angelina Orellana had a double.

Orellana picked up the win, going all seven innings in the circle. She fanned three and walked one.

The Bruins take on Alhambra on Tuesday.

Boys soccer

College Park 5, Benicia 1

The Benicia High boys soccer team fell to host College Park, 5-1, on Tuesday in Diablo Athletic League play.

The Panthers (1-4, 1-3) were down just 2-1 at halftime before the Vikings (41-1, 3-1-1) scored three in the second half.

Benicia is at Alhambra on Thursday.
