Correction

In the April 8 story, “Maternal grandmother of Councilmember Hakeem Brown’s son sues for custody,” the reporter stated that Brown had been convicted of three charges of domestic violence regarding people who were not Chana Brown. Brown was indeed convicted three times, and two of them were unrelated to Chana Brown, but one charge involved Chana and was a misdemeanor for defying a stay-away order. The TimesHerald regrets the error.
