9 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Moschetti — Pairing Coffee and Community, 11Sixth St. Vallejo. More than 20 coffees to taste, plus local artisans selling wares and live music. Open mic starts at 11a.m. for poetry, music, dance, comedy, puppetry or magic. Family friendly. 556-9000.

9 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Farmers Market — Vallejo's own, Georgia Street.

9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Mighty Midget — USS LCS-102World War II firearm ship, open if flags are flying. Nimitz Ave. and A St. on Mare Island. Go through the gate to gray ship, the Landing Craft Support Museum. Donations encouraged. 10 a.m.: First and third Saturdays, Piecemaker­s Guild — Vallejo's own large and lively quilting society. Join us! First Saturday is the general meeting followed by lunch.

The third Saturday is a hodge-podge of classes, talks, bees, sharing, etc. Special activities include the Block of the Month, charity work, sewing circles, and much more. Florence Douglas Senior Center meeting room (in the back, near the Weight Watchers meeting). 333 Amador, Vallejo.
