Thomas Edward Gus Jacobson, born November 8, 1952, passed away on April 16, 2022 with his wife, Mae Jacobson, by his side at their residence in Sedona, AZ. He was the last born of seven children to Raymond and Ann Joanides Jacobson in Daly City, where he was raised and graduated with the class of 1970 at Westmoor High School. After graduation he was employed with PG&E for 34 years until his retirement. He moved to Benicia, CA in 1980 to raise his children in a small family oriented community where he lived for 41 years until 2021, when he and his wife moved to Sedona.

Tom was predecease­d by both his parents, as well as three brothers, Raymond Jacobson, Jim Jacobson (Suzanne) and Johnny Jacobson. He is survived by his brother, Carl Jacobson (Doris) of Sweden; and two sisters, Ann Jacobson Doukas, of Millbrae, CA and Martha Jacobson Falore (Dave), of Redwood City, CA; along with numerous nieces and nephews who were his world, as well as their children. He is also survived by his daughters, Lachelle Jacobson Banks (Ian) of Benicia, CA and Jenean Jacobson-Clairmonte of Brentwood, CA, with six grandchild­ren between them.

Tom always enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, and anyone who knew him knew that his love for the 49ers and the Giants ran deep. His passion has always been playing pool, whether at home or with his friends and family on the Vallejo Pool League. He enjoyed the frequent freedom of riding his motorcycle­s throughout his lifetime. In his last remaining years, he enjoyed traveling with the company of his wife and/or friends.

He had many friends and acquaintan­ces in numerous states with whom he checked in frequently. He will be greatly missed by everyone. Interment in the Philippine­s. May his memory be Eternal.

Celebratio­n of Life services will be held at noon on Sunday May 22, 2022 at The Moose Lodge, located at 337 Nebraska St., Vallejo, CA 94590.
