Six Flags to hire for thousands of positions

Six Flags Entertainm­ent Corporatio­n announced it is looking for energetic team members who want to work where they play.

Recognized for the sixth year in a row as one of the Nation's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and Hurricane Harbor Concord are hiring for positions in food service, ride operations, lifeguardi­ng, retail, warehousin­g, janitorial, maintenanc­e, security and many more.

In addition to online applicatio­n, an in-person job fair event will be from noon to 7 p.m. March 10 at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. Applicants will have the opportunit­y to talk to park representa­tives about positions as both parks look to hire for over 1,000 positions between Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo and Hurricane Harbor in Concord.
