Patsy Louise Ramsey (1940-2021)
Patsy Louise Ramsey, age 81, of Colt, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, at her home in Colt. She had been in poor health for the past several months.
Mrs. Ramsey was born July 22, 1940, in Forrest City, and was the daughter of Charles James and Lucille Ledbetter James. She lived in St. Francis County all of her life, was owner of Superior Vending Company, and was a member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Ramsey married Albert Leon Ramsey in 1958, and he survives her along with three sons, Charlie Ramsey and Mike Ramsey and wife, Martie, all of Forrest City, and David Ramsey and wife, Susan, of Foley, Ala.; 10 grandchildren, Chris Ramsey and wife, Lynn, Bryan Ramsey and wife, Nicole, Katie Wright and husband, Tanner, Sawyer Ramsey and Jennifer, Kim Hudson and husband, Blake, Carolyn Ramirez and husband, Mark, Forest (Bo) Luker and wife, Andrea, Grace Sica and husband, Merrick, Hannah Ramsey and Kyle Ramsey and wife, Crystal; and 16 great-grandchildren, Lexi Ramsey, Zachery Ramsey, Caleb Ramsey, Scottie Lucille Wright, Karis Ann Sica, Norah Lane Sica, Calleigh Rae Sica, Paul David Ramirez, Luke Ramirez, John Mark Ramirez, Maverick Ramsey, Keirah Ramsey, Parker Hudson and Reid Hudson.
She was preceded in death by one daughter-in-law, Trudy Ramsey.
Visitation began at 1 p.m., today, Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, and continued until the time of the service at 2 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Forrest Park Cemetery, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
