Bonnie Marie Ratliff Devazier (1940-2022)

Bonnie Marie Ratliff Devazier, 81, of Wynne, died peacefully in her home on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022.

Born Dec. 28, 1940, in Tyronza, she is the daughter of the late Earl and Lula (Gammill) Hall.

Bonnie was preceded in death by one brother, John Earl Hall; two sisters, Mary Dwaine Tacker and Bobbie Jean Lewis, and one granddaughter, Shelby Elizabeth Ratliff.

She is survived by her husband and long-time love, Jerry Lynn Devazier; one daughter, Lisa Marie Ratliff Morgan (Bill); one son, John Waldron Ratliff Jr. (Beth); two granddaughters, Courtney Marie Morgan Dildine and Sydney Marie Ratliff McFadden; two grandsons, Thomas William Morgan III (Trey) and John Waldron Ratliff III, and two great-grandsons, Duke Thomas Dildine and Beau Walker Dildine.

Bonnie retired from Arkla Gas after 40 years of dedicated service where many lifelong friendships were made. Bonnie was a lover of people and known to give the best hugs around. She always greeted you with a smile, never met a stranger and radiated happiness. Her greatest joy in life was spending precious time

with her family and beloved dog, Molly. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved and adored her, but is now in her eternal resting place, with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

A celebration of Bonnie’s life will be held at Kernodle Funeral Home in Wynne on Monday, Aug. 22, 2022, with visitation at 10 a.m., followed by the funeral at 11 a.m. Burial and graveside service will follow at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.

Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association.
