Taris Williams, 46, 610 Scott St., Forrest City, two counts of failure to appear, failure to attend defensive driving, failure to comply, no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended driver's license, obstructing governmental operations, defective signal lamps and signal lights and disorderly conduct.
