It’s a family affair. Victoria Wolanin along with her husband, brother-in-law and sister expertly plans soirées that wow.
Established in 1993 on Alta Loma off Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, TopNotch® Entertainment Corp. began its own storied and multi-dimensional history that continues today. Vincent Wolanin, patriarch of the Southwest Florida-based Wolanin family, started the company to initially manage internationally known rock ’n’ roll acts. TopNotch quickly expanded into virtually every avenue of the entertainment industry, from publishing to NFL halftime shows.
Under the guidance of their father, Victoria and Whitney Wolanin began learning the multifaceted entertainment industry at a young age. Whitney studied business and music at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She applied those skills in recording, songwriting and producing her own music as well as music of other artists—leading her to achieve six Billboard hits on the sisters’ record label.
Victoria, on the other hand, discov- ered her love for hospitality while attending the prestigious Hotel School at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and from there began exploring her talents with event planning and production. When she returned to Southwest Florida, Victoria created a new division of TopNotch Entertainment Corp.—Events by TopNotch.
Victoria eventually met her equally event-savvy husband, Michael Eagan, in Australia and together they head up Events by TopNotch. The events division is a complete and highly efficient operation that handles everything from complex corporate functions and meetings, to lavish charity galas, and luxury weddings throughout Southwest Florida and the rest of the globe.
Victoria takes the lead with clients and designs every event from start to finish. One of her favorite parts of the job is learning about each client, whether a company or an individual, so she can best meet their event expectations and also throw some thoughtful surprises in along the way.

Michael is an integral part of each and every event with his vast experience running event production at the University of Maryland, where functions ranged from 10 to 150,000 people at any given time. Michael prides himself on bringing events to life without a single headache or hiccup.
It truly is a family affair at Events by TopNotch. Sometimes Whitney can be spotted at very large events, helping with the details. Jack Sheahan, Whitney’s husband, is also a member of the team.
