GRAND OPENING TODAY
The grand opening of Septentrio Winery Tasting Room at 650 6th St., Arcata, is set to take place today from 3-6 p.m., with an Arcata Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting scheduled for 4 p.m. The new business features over 40 wines that owners/ vintners Tynel and Jared Sandifer handcraft in Humboldt County. The location offers outdoor seating with campfires, heaters, covered areas and blankets, as well as table seating, a lounge area and an onsite Red Trailer Food Truck. Gourmet small plates include truffle fries, charcuterie and cheese boards and Bulgogi sliders. Septentrio is both kid- and dog-friendly.
