College of the Redwoods Board of Trustees
When: First Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m.
Where: 7351 Tompkins Hill Road, Eureka
• The board will receive a report on student success data in completing online degrees.
• Informational reports will be made by CR president Keith Flamer and multiple vice presidents.

Eureka City Council
When: First and third Tuesdays of the month at 6 p.m.
Where: Eureka City Council chambers, 531 K St., Eureka
• The Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services will make a presentation titled “Helping Humboldt.”
• The council will consider a local coastal amendment to change the proposed uses of the Crowley site where Betty Kwan Chinn is planning to create low-income transitional housing.
• The council will consider an ordinance that relates to aggressive and obstructive behavior.
• The council will select a mayor pro tem for 2020.
• The council will receive a report on the Eureka police Community Safety Enhancement Team.

Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District
When: Second Thursday of each month at 9 a.m. Where: 828 Seventh St., Eureka
• The board will discuss an inspection summary of Ruth Lake.
• The board will consider appointing its officers to various committees and joint-powers-authority boards.
• The board will discuss a nomination of a representative to the Local Agency Formation Commission.
• The board will discuss (in closed session) the performance of its general manager.

Humboldt County Board of Supervisors
When: Every Tuesday except for the fifth Tuesday of a month
Where: Supervisors chambers, 825 Fifth St., Eureka
• The board will consider formally denying the Humboldt
Wind Project following its vote to reject the project in December.
• The board will consider an agreement with Redwood Coast Action Agency for long-term case management services for clients recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.
• The board will consider an agreement with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration for a “domestic cannabis eradication/suppression” grant.
