Editor’s note: The following is a list of the board, commission and council meetings that are scheduled this week around Humboldt County.

Arcata City Council

When: Special meeting Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

Where: The meeting can be watched on the city’s website, the city’s YouTube page or on Access Humboldt channels.

• The council will meet to discuss its proposed budget for 2020-21.

• The council will meet in closed session for labor negotiations. The agenda can be accessed online at http://arcataca.iqm2.com/ Citizens/default.aspx.

Arcata Planning Commission

When: Second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at 6p.m.

Where: City Hall Council Chamber: 736 F St., Arcata

• The regular Tuesday meeting is canceled.

Blue Lake City Council

When: Fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

Where: 111 Greenwood Road, Blue

Lake

• The council will consider whether to purchase a property at 411 Railroad Ave.

• The council will consider a resolution to make South Railroad Avenue one-way between E Street and Chartin Road.

• The council will consider authorizing Pacific Gas and Electric Co. to use Prasch Hall during future public safety power outages. The agenda can be accessed online at http://bluelake.ca.gov/city/ council/agendas.

Eureka City Council

When: First and third Tuesdays of the month at 6 p.m.

Where: Eureka City Council chambers, 531 K St., Eureka

• The council will meet in closed session to discuss the position of city manager.

Fortuna Planning Commission

When: Fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.

Where: The meeting can be viewed on Access Humboldt channels

• The commission will consider a subdivision application for parcels on First Street.

• The commission will consider an application to build six multifamily apartment building on Smith Lane.

Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District

When: The fourth Thursday of the month at 7 p.m.

• The board will meet in closed session at 5p.m. to discuss a performance review of the executive director and to conduct real property negotiations.

• During the regular meeting, the board will receive a report on the district’s response to COVID-19.

Humboldt County Board of Supervisors

When: Every Tuesday except for the fifth Tuesday of a month Where: Supervisors chambers, 825 Fifth St., Eureka
