Moulton isabadfit for Eureka CityCouncil

-

Kati “Texas” Ward Moulton is a bad fit for Eureka City Council.

Her past record with Kinetic Universe says it all.

When Kati was appointed president of KU she declared herself Queen President for Life, overriding the tradition of appointing a new president annually

One of her first acts was to refuse to renew the licensing contract for the rights to run the Kinetic Race with JustinHobart Brown, stating, “No one owns the Kinetic Race.”

When forced intomediation to sign a new contract, Kati arrogantly didn’t bring a quorum. After realizing, No Contract = No Race, she called in another boardmember to vote on an agreement.

After agreeing to the new contract, Kati advised her race director to retaliate by targeting our children on the Eureka High School kinetic team and deny them entry into the race when they arrived on the Plaza race morning.

Kati also spearheaded the fight for the rights of the name “Rutabaga Queen” against JustinHobart Brown. Claiming the RQs had nothing to do with the Kinetic Race and appeared to spend Race funds to hire lawyers, rather than pay the rent on the Ferndale KineticMuseum, resulting in its closure.

Currently Kati had abandoned KU; the board is currently without a quorum, out of money and owing back rent.

Kati’s lack of competent leadership has driven away longstanding racers, volunteers and sponsors.

Eureka does not need Kati “Texas” Ward Moulton to bring her brand of governance to the Eureka City Council.
