Corcoran Global Living names local realtor to lead office

Joshua Cook, a local realtor in Arcata was named as the leader of Corcoran Global Living’s Humboldt County offices.

Cook is the current president of the Humboldt Association of Realtors and earned certifications through the National Association of Realtors as a pricing strategies advisor and a military relocations professional.

He earned “rookie of the year” recognition from the local association of realtors in 2016.

“I am delighted with the opportunity at Corcoran Global Living,” Cook said in a prepared statement. “Our goals, our ethics and our priorities are seamlessly aligned, and I foresee a long and rewarding relationship.”

According to a news release, Cook “advocates for his clients and is committed to a strategic and personal approach in every transaction, whether buying or selling, first-time buyers or empty nesters.”
