Super Bowl 2024 and a bit of trivia

-

And maybe we got lost in translation, Maybe I asked for too much, But maybe this thing was a masterpiece 'til you tore it all up, Running scared, I was there, I remember it all too well.

— Taylor Swift, “All Too Well”

Memo to Fox News: I highly recommend you don't attack Taylor Swift and her “Swifties” (primarily adoring female fans). Fox and the GOP are freaking out that Swift might encourage her supporters to register to vote. It's called TSDS (“Taylor Swift Derangement Syndrome”) as Swift has hundreds of millions of followers and the GOP is fearful that Swift may awaken a sleeping giant of 18- to 39-year-old women.

Most men are smart enough to not anger highly emotional females, however we're talking about Republicans, who took away a woman's right to choose what she wants with her own body. Now they're calling her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce “Mr. Pfizer,” as he's doing Pfizer commercials promoting the COVID booster and most Republicans don't believe in science. Fox News' Jesse Watters said, “So is Swift a front for a covert political agenda? Prime time obviously has no evidence.” Why lie on prime-time TV if you know it isn't true?

Taylor Swift's 2024 Eras Tour kicked off in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 7-10. The Super Bowl is Feb. 11. Sometime after the Kansas City Chiefs won the AFC championship game, Swift's people were doing the math and making the international travel arrangements. Japan is on Japan Standard Time and is 17 hours ahead of West Coast time. It's only 5,542 miles and 11½ hours non-stop if you happen to own your own private jet and Swift does. I'll bet Taylor Swift will be at Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium for the Super Bowl in a private suite cheering on her man.
