Malene Barnett represents a fresh force in the design world. The ceramicist has banded with fellow creatives to found the Black Artists + Designers Guild, a consortium of talented black artists, architects, interior designers, and artisans around the globe. “We have a point of view that matters,” she says. “It needs to be seen.
